RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@ziggy-mobility.nl to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strong recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Pre-orders Processing Time:

• Pre-orders will be processed between 2025-06-01 and 2025-08-30.
• In this period. You will receive your order.

Standard Orders Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Locations:

• We currently ship to addresses within The Netherlands only.
• It is possible to collect your order at our location in The Hague by appointment.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Damages & Lost Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you encounter an issue, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work on a resolution.
